I’m a food relationship expert committed to helping women and adolescents learn how to build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. My work targets ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around food. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about creating resources for women struggling with healthy eating practices, compensatory exercise, dieting, identifying disordered eating patterns and body image.
